Cookie Policy
Last updated: August 31, 2026
What cookies Zeoby uses, why, and how you can control them.
1. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They let a site remember information about your visit, such as your preferred language or whether you're signed in.
2. Cookies We Use
Zeoby currently uses only essential, first-party cookies:
- Authentication cookies:keep a clinic account signed in between page loads, so you don't have to log in again on every request.
- Preference cookies: remember basic choices, such as your selected language.
We do not currently use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not run a cookie-consent banner because we don't set any non-essential cookies today. If that changes, we will update this page and request your consent before setting any non-essential cookie, as required by law.
3. How to Control Cookies
Most browsers let you view, delete, and block cookies through their settings. Because our authentication cookie is essential to keeping a clinic account signed in, blocking it will sign you out and may prevent parts of the clinic portal from working correctly. Blocking cookies has no effect on browsing the public Platform or submitting a patient inquiry, which don't require any cookie.
4. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy as the cookies we use change. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. See our Consent Preferences page for how to manage your choices.
