1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Zeoby website, mobile experience, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"), operated by Zeoby ("Zeoby," "we," "us," or "our"). By browsing the Platform, submitting an inquiry, or creating a clinic account, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy below. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. About Zeoby

Zeoby is a US-operated marketing and discovery platform that helps patients find, compare, and connect with independently owned and operated medical, dental, and wellness clinics around the world. Zeoby does not own, operate, or staff any clinic listed on the Platform, and no clinic is our agent, employee, or joint venture partner. Every treatment, appointment, and financial arrangement is made directly between you and the clinic you choose.

3. Medical Disclaimer

Zeoby is not a healthcare provider and does not practice medicine. Content on the Platform — including clinic profiles, doctor bios, treatment descriptions, pricing, and patient reviews — is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. Using the Platform, sending an inquiry, or communicating with a clinic through Zeoby does not create a doctor-patient relationship between you and Zeoby.

Always seek the advice of your physician or another qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition, and before starting, changing, or traveling for any treatment. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read on the Platform. Medical and surgical procedures, including elective and cosmetic procedures, carry inherent risks; outcomes vary by individual and are never guaranteed by Zeoby or by any clinic listed on the Platform.

4. Zero Platform Fees & No Payment Processing

Zeoby does not charge patients to browse the Platform or to send an inquiry, and we never process, hold, or take a commission on payment for medical treatment. Zeoby is not a party to, and bears no responsibility for, any financial transaction, deposit, refund, or dispute between you and a clinic. All payment terms — including pricing, deposits, and cancellation or refund policies — are set solely by the clinic and should be confirmed directly with them before you travel or commit to treatment.

5. Clinic Listings & Verification

Zeoby undertakes a good-faith review of clinics before listing them as "verified," which may include checks for business registration and accreditations such as JCI, ISO, or TEMOS where claimed. Verification reflects the information available to Zeoby at the time of review and is not a guaranteeof a clinic's current licensing status, quality of care, safety record, or outcomes. Accreditation badges, ratings, and patient reviews displayed on the Platform are provided as-is and should not be your sole basis for choosing a provider. You are responsible for independently verifying a clinic's credentials, licensing, and suitability for your needs — including with your own physician — before undergoing any treatment.

6. Accounts & Patient Inquiries

Clinics register for an account to manage their Platform listing; patients do not need an account to browse the Platform or contact a clinic. When you submit an inquiry (a quote request, consultation request, or package reservation), we share the details you provide with the relevant clinic so they can respond to you directly, and we send you a reference number so you can track your inquiry's status. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and for keeping any clinic account credentials confidential. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to submit an inquiry or create an account.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent inquiries, reviews, or clinic listings;
• Scrape, harvest, or use automated means to extract data from the Platform without our written consent;
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with a clinic;
• Use the Platform to transmit unlawful, defamatory, or harassing content, or to infringe another party's intellectual property or privacy rights; or
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its underlying systems.

We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who violates this section, without prior notice, in addition to any other remedies available to us.

8. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and underlying software, is owned by Zeoby or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Clinics retain ownership of the photos, descriptions, and other content they submit for their listings, and grant Zeoby a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display that content on the Platform for as long as the listing is active. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Platform without our prior written consent.

9. Third-Party Links & Services

The Platform may link to, or embed content from, third-party websites and services (including individual clinic websites) that Zeoby does not control. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site, and linking to it does not imply our endorsement. Your interactions with any third-party site are governed by that site's own terms and privacy policy.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE PLATFORM AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. ZEOBY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY CLINIC, TREATMENT, OR OUTCOME WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZEOBY AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, ANY TREATMENT YOU OBTAIN THROUGH A CLINIC YOU FOUND ON THE PLATFORM, OR ANY DEALING WITH A CLINIC — EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. ZEOBY'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100), SINCE ZEOBY DOES NOT CHARGE PATIENTS TO USE THE PLATFORM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Zeoby harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Platform, or your dealings with any clinic you connected with through the Platform.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Platform, or request deletion of your account, at any time by contacting us using the details in Section 16.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Zeoby is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform will be resolved in the courts located in that state, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

14. Privacy Policy

14.1 Information We Collect

• Inquiry information: when you send a quote request, consultation request, or reservation, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), your message, and any preferred dates or budget you choose to share.
• Clinic account information: if you register a clinic, we collect your first and last name, email address, and password (stored using industry-standard hashing — we never store it in plain text).
• Usage data:pages visited, searches performed, and general device/browser information, collected automatically to keep the Platform secure and to understand how it's used.
• Cookies: small files used to keep you signed in to a clinic account and to remember basic preferences. See Section 14.4.

We do not collect payment card information — Zeoby never processes payment for medical treatment.

14.2 How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Deliver your inquiry to the clinic you contacted, and let you track its status;
• Operate, maintain, and secure clinic accounts and the Platform;
• Send transactional emails (inquiry confirmations, status updates, account notices) — we do not send marketing email unless you opt in;
• Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents; and
• Comply with our legal obligations.

14.3 How We Share Information

We share the details of your inquiry with the specific clinic (or clinics) you chose to contact, so they can respond to you — this is the core purpose of the Platform. We may also share information with service providers who help us operate the Platform (such as cloud hosting and transactional email delivery), each bound by confidentiality obligations, and where required by law, regulation, or legal process. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Patient reviews published on the Platform are shown anonymously and are not attributed to your name or contact details.

14.4 Cookies & Tracking

We use essential cookies required for core functionality, such as keeping a clinic account signed in and remembering your language preference. We do not currently use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and request consent where required by law before setting non-essential cookies.

14.5 Data Retention

We retain inquiry and account information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described above, resolve disputes, and comply with our legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

14.6 Your Privacy Rights (GDPR, CCPA & Similar Laws)

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, a copy of, correction of, or deletion of your personal information; to object to or restrict certain processing; and, for California residents, to know what personal information is collected and to opt out of its sale or sharing (Zeoby does not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA). To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 16 — we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

14.7 Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls on clinic accounts. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

14.8 Children's Privacy

The Platform is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

14.9 International Data Transfers

Zeoby is US-operated, and information you submit may be processed and stored in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate legal mechanisms to safeguard information transferred internationally.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
